What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal.

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

All packages ship via USPS. Processing time and shipping time combined will take between 2 - 4 weeks.

What method is used for shipping? 

All packages are shipped via USPS.

Can I track my package?

Yes. We will send you tracking information once it becomes available, so that you may track your items.

How can I get in touch with your customer service team?

I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours. Please note that this time frame may be extended during new launches and holidays.

I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at info@petitepapaya.com with your inquiry.

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make your requested change, you may email us at info@petitepapaya.com to request a change to your order. 

Do you offer returns?

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Petite Papaya reserves the right to accept or deny any refund request at our discretion.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
We only exchange and replace items if they are defective or damaged.
